At-Home Cocktail "Paper Lantern"

Make your own CÉ LA V Signature Cocktail....at home!

Our doors are temporarily closed, but until we throw them open again, you can still enjoy a “home-bar” version of our Signature Cocktail, Paper Lantern, in the comfort of your own home.

Here's what you'll need:
Cocktail Shaker, Strainer, muddler (no muddler? Use a rolling pin or anything that can smash)
- 30ml (one shot) | Don Julio Blanco Tequila or any good silver tequila
- 15ml (half shot) | Apricot Syrup (Monin or Bols works - don’t worry, you’ll be able to also use this in sangria, baking, cooking or more of these cocktails)
- 15ml (half shot) | Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 30ml (one shot) | Pineapple Juice
- 4 pieces Physalis/Gooseberry or 3 x Passion Fruit
- 3 pieces Dried or Fresh Thyme

Steps:
1. Muddle thyme and physalis/gooseberry OR passionfruit together
2. Add all other ingredients into shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
3. Strain into champagne flute over one ice cube (fancy 😉)
4. Garnish with a sprig of thyme

The Result:
A cocktail that is equal parts sweet and sour, perfect for that sunny weekend afternoon.
