Born in 1962 in Hamburg, and now a resident of Berlin, Moritz von Oswald is a legendary form of electronic music for the last 30 years.
Moritz is simultaneously one of the most influential and enigmatic figures in techno. As a multi-instrumentalist, producer, engineer - his sets will take you far beyond the boundaries of his innovative dub techno sound.
Having released under a multitude of monickers such as Basic Channel, Maurizio, Quadrant, Rhythm & Sound, and having collaborated with artists such as Juan Atkins & Tony Allen, it is for sure that we are truly in for a treat from one of techno’s true pioneers.
