The team at Isaacs would like to take this opportunity to clarify that England and all national team tops have been more than welcome at Isaacs during the World Cup games. Anyone who has watched a game at Isaacs will agree that the courtyard has been awash with colour from our customers supporting their teams.

Our aim, as always, is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all our customers, staff and security team during the World Cup games. On Saturday evening, after England’s quarter-final match, Isaacs, as published before, during and on the final whistle, stopped serving in order to give the staff a break and prepare the venue for the evening. No customers already in the venue were requested to leave, and no new customers were allowed access until after 7pm.

Upon reopening a small number fans were denied access into the venue, and we’d like to confirm that this was not due to them wearing England tops. While we do stand by our decision to refuse entry, we appreciate the reasons given on the door by our security team had caused confusion among our customers and may have also seen some innocent customers denied access.

We encourage our customers to enjoy the World Cup and welcome everyone to join us tonight and tomorrow, wearing their team colours, as we find out who will make the final. We will be showing the following matches, live in HD and sound.

Tuesday 10th July:
7.00pm - France vs Belgium

Wednesday 11th July:
7.00pm - Croatia vs England

Some additional information to make your visit more enjoyable.

Due to a large number of fans expected at the World Cup Games, we are unable to accommodate rucksacks or large bags on the premises.

Isaacs has a Rights of Admission Reserved Policy, designed to keep everyone inside the venue safe.

On Wednesday 11th July, our main menu will not be available from 4.00pm. Instead, you’ll be able to order food from the Isaacs Griddle from 4.00pm, BBQ in the rear Courtyard from 5.00pm and Pizza Al Taglio.

Come on England the team at Isaacs are behind you.
