It's University Mental Health Day 2021!
Looking after our mental health is something we should prioritise all the time, not just when we are struggling. We're encouraging you to have a think about changes you can make to your daily routine, and what you can do to boost your mental health whilst at university.
Here are some things you can do:
- Connect with nature and your mind
- Do more of what makes you happy
- Become more mindful
