You will need:
35ml Bacardi Ocho Anos Rum
15ml Apricot Liqueur
15ml Gingerbread Syrup
15ml Lime Juice
50ml Cranberry Juice
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a highball glass. The add a crushed ice cap as demonstrated, then top with a whole ginger nut biscuit!
