Shake up a mid-week medley of alcohol-free deliciousness with a Lucky Pig fave, the Berry Blast

In a glass, muddle berries of choice (we think blackberries and raspberries are perfect for this) into a paste. A wooden spoon or ladle is ideal for this job

Pour 50ml of apple juice into the berry mix and add plenty of ice

Give it a big old shake! You want the ice to break up, so don’t be afraid to shake it hard

Make a garnish if you wish and sprinkle a little icing sugar over the top to give it a little extra pizazz
