We got scientific with this one. We split the brew; souring half and adding a truckload of mango, while fermenting the other half clean and giving it a healthy Mosaic dry hop. These were then blended, resulting in a flavour packed beer where the individual elements all shine through in complete harmony 🥭🥭🥭
