NEW CLASS ALERT! Join us on Facebook live for a Latin ballroom themed workout class. Shake off those isolation blues with some social dis-DANCING! This class will utilize steps from salsa, merengue, samba, cha cha, rumba and more, but you don’t need to have any experience in those dances to have fun and get a great workout with us.

In order to join this class you will need to send your $5 payment via venmo @granadala (Earl Miller), and write BALLROOM BURN w/ LAUREL in the description along with your facebook public name if different from your venmo account **Please be sure to add Kristy Granada as a friend on Facebook before enrolling.

Once the moderator has added you to the private group page you will be able to join along live with the instructor at the scheduled class time, or review the playback for 24 hours from the time it posted! Feel free to post on our group class wall and share videos of yourself joining in each week!

Once the 24 hours is up, you will be removed from the group unless you choose to pay for the next scheduled class following the same instructions as before. The online class schedules will be posted on our social media pages.
