✔️ Ingredients
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
50ml POWERS Irish Whiskey Gold Label
25ml Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
1 Egg white
1 Lime
✔️Method
Add all ingredients in shaker
Dry shake (without ice)
Add ice
Shake again
Pour into a rocks glass
Garnish with lime zest & bitters
