Our giant Tomahawk is one of the most visually impressive and substaintial meals in Southsea; so much so in fact that we advise it is shared by two people!!
Dry aged for a minimum of 28 days, its heavy marbling keeps it juicy and is then cooked to perfection on our wood fired grill!
