Soutside Cocktail: how to make it from home

It’s #WorldCocktailDay so we thought we would properly kick start our Home Masterclasses, taking you through some of our best loved Lucky Pig Cocktails.

Tonight it’s the Southside; a gin daiquiri with a hint of mint

You will need:

15ml lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
5-6 mint leaves
40ml of london dry gin

This one requires a lot of shaking so get ready to rattle those cocktail shakers!
