We wanted to take a moment to say Thank You!
We launched the #SaveOurVenues Crowdfunder several months back in the height of the pandemic in the hope that we could find a way of offering our community a collection of special rewards in exchange for your support of our venue and team of staff. We are incredibly humbled that this has resulted in almost 1,000 of you making pledges totalling over £60,000.
Whether it was offering your time, a small donation, buying some of our merch, the lottery for the Ltd edition GOTR Banjo & original artwork from Jack Coulter, Supper Club at Lupins, the annual ticket passes, or the unbelievable efforts from the Agora community who have grouped together to pay for the “big party” to make Omeara the destination for their annual get together once doors re-open - every single contribution is appreciated.
We know that many of you are eagerly awaiting your prizes and thank you for your continued patience - rest assured the team is busy working on getting these out to you in the coming days and weeks.
For those that would still like to get involved, you’ll be happy to know that we’ll be keeping the Crowdfunder open (

Further to this, we have also been made aware that the Mayor's team have offered to match up to a further £5k raised through the Crowdfunder as part of the Governments Pay It Forward scheme.
We’d like to thank you once again, and take this opportunity to share some of the words of support that were provided during lock-down as a reminder of why small venues like Omeara are so vital.
