We would like to apologize to our patrons that we are unable to open our street pavement drinking area created by our Newport Council as the location allocated to us is completely unusable due to the incline. I think someone is having a laugh as the pavement which is flat directly Infront of our building is apparently going to kept as pavement even though Witherspoons can have the whole pavement in front of them. The whole idea of closing the road off to traffic was to allow people to walk safely on the road. Only way of using this area is to build a decking area and to do to a commercial safety quality will cost thousands and we don't have that. We have already suffered due to not recieving nothing in grants for Courtyard or Warehouse54.
