🚙 ARRIVE EARLY: To ensure that you see the entire show, please arrive early. Traffic is heavy coming in and out of the venue - please do not wait until show time as you will risk missing part of the concert.

🚗 RIDESHARE: We encourage fans to arrive early for the parking lots, take a rideshare or carpool with friends! If you’re using a rideshare app, please be dropped off at Gates 2 & 3 off Encanto Blvd on the west side of the venue.

📲 Your phone is your ticket! Make sure you have downloaded your tickets into your mobile wallet and transferred to friends via the Live Nation app.

🎫 Have your tickets downloaded PRIOR to arriving to avoid issues with downloading.

👜 CLEAR BAG: Please make sure bags/purses adhere to our CLEAR BAG POLICY and are 12"x6"x12" or smaller (small clutches with a max size of 4.5" x 6.5" are ok, too).
