Anthony Russell is a Bootle born singer who rose to fame through his journey on the X Factor UK. He was born 11th of December 1989 and began singing in talent shows at age 5. He’s known all around Liverpool by his nickname ‘Tighto’. He first appeared on the X factor at age 16 singing a cover of Bobby Darren - Somewhere Beyond The Sea. He then received an outpouring of support and was contacted by Louis Tomlinson from One Direction. Anthony then returned to the X Factor in 2018 and was mentored by Louis, he reached the X Factor Final and came 3rd. Anthony headlines our main room on Saturday NIGHT 18th May.
