Qualities: Loyalty, Kindness and an enormous amount of patience w the guy next to her. Also known as La Vieja ??. His name is @joze_leonardo, someone we r very proud of here at Mynt Lounge Headquarters, his loyalty, friendship, accomplishments and unconditional efforts with his work have made him a very respected figure in Miami Beach Nightlife Industry.
From Security 17 years ago, he was already promoted to a Doorman status long ago; Jose is also Romain Zago right arm and trustee when it comes to booking tables and promoting and hiring staff; so in a few days, Jose will be rewarded and will become a partner in our newest venture Myn-Tu Restaurant (opening soon, so stay tune for Mid October news..??). When I gave Jose the news, his generosity and lack of selfishness have immediately made him suggest for me to bring and award a fellow coworker to a similar promotion. (Not announced yet)
It goes unsaid that this kind of mindset is the reason and the foundation in which Mynt finds his strength and it’s longevity.
Being nice at Mynt is not an obligation, it’s just part of who we are. Be nice or be gone.
