I want to let the public know the truth from the investigation of the sexual assault that was claimed to have happened at Mulligans Pub.
We have taken it upon ourselves to involve management, law enforcement, our owners and legal representatives to look into this accusation.
Law enforcement has reviewed the footage from our cameras from the night. Witnesses have come forth who were interviewed for their statements as well as staff involved.
We are releasing the footage for you to view; the couple leaving without being sexually assaulted. As seen from footage and witnessed; the female walks out on her own (she is forward facing), the male can be seen following after her, then my staff following the male.
Law enforcement does not have a Sexual Assault report filed on the incident.
Management has reached out repeatedly to meet with the couple to hear their side of the story, as well as law enforcement, but the couple was uncooperative.
Therefore the said claim that she was sexually assaulted by being pushed out by her breasts was deemed false by law enforcement after reviewing footage and investigating the statements from witnesses coming forth.
Oh behalf of the staff at Mulligan's, we apologize for the reputation that has been created over the years. We are moving forward to make our home even better. We want to make sure our customers feel safe at our establishment, at home. As a staff we take pride and appreciate our venue and the bands that come and play their hearts out on our stage. They make us one of a kind and we thank you for what you provide for our business. We are taking strides to better ourselves and our establishment. We love our customers and our community deeply
