A cultural venue on a cargo ship has come a long way, yet remained in harbour. Suvilahti (Summer Bay) is the actual water body the ship is docked in, located opposite to the Alps of Sörnäinen, a mountain of coal.
Like the music Merikerho brings forward, it is a blend of industrial heritage with a contemporary cosmopolitan aesthetic, a mixture of street and sea credibility.

X Mind your distance to those not in your group in all queues, tables and while dancing. We recommend dancing near your seat, not forming an actual dance floor. Our security will intervene if there is too much density. Our indoor space is
limited to 50% of it’s capacity.

X Do not return empty glasses to the bars. Our runner staff picks them up using gloves. Our staff uses different gloves to serve you fresh drinks.

X You are most welcome to wear a mask especially if you choose to dance among people not in your group.
