There's nothing more refreshing than one of our original Bacardi Mojitos! 🦇🌿 So who'd like to have a go at making one? Luckily you won't need lots of fancy equipment and the ingredients are nice and simple...
Ingredients
- 50 ml of @bacardi Carta Blanca rum
- 4 lime wedges
- 2 teaspoons white sugar or 15 ml of sugar syrup
- 25 ml club soda
- 12 medium fresh mint leaves plus an extra sprig to garnish
- Crushed ice
Method
1. Take the lime wedges and squeeze them into the glass. Gently press together the limes & sugar.
2. Bruise the mint leaves by clapping them between your palms, rub them on the rim of the glass and drop them in. Muddle everything together
3. Next, half fill the glass with crushed ice, add the Bacardi rum & stir.
4. Top up the the glass with more crushed ice, the soda and a sprig of mint.
5. Enjoy your original Bacardi Mojito!
