Ladies Night presents Night Fever with KiDG

The ever-popular KiDG took us through another one of his Night Fever session on Thurs, 15 Nov armed with his musical mixbag of all the tracks we loved. Just before the mayhem began, we got down for a little groundwork with our friends at Classpass and Broc & Bells, and had our ladies take their mind off work with a session of yoga or pilates + HIIT.
