Our #1 priority since this pandemic began has always been the safety of our staff and our guests so we just wanted to share some of the things we’ll still be doing to ensure your visit with us is as safe as possible.
🦠Please do not visit us if you have any symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive or have been told to isolate by NHS. We won’t be asking for a COVID Pass to enter but we encourage our guests to take regular lateral flow tests to help stop the spread
😷 Our team members will still be wearing face coverings unless exempt
⛔️We’ll be operating at a reduced capacity whilst we all get used to the adjustments
✅ We will be encouraging guests to check into the venue using the NHS Track & Trace App
🧴Hand sanitiser stations will still be at the entrance to the venue and throughout
🧽Our high contact cleaning schedule will remain in place
🌬Doors will be kept open and air con units will be on to improve airflow
🪑We’ll still offer table service where possible
📲We are still taking table bookings however, walk in’s are accepted where available!
We’ll continue to review our policies in line with Government guidance as well as staff and guest feedback.
