Here's one of our favourites from the menu - Henry Morgan. He was a privateer & landowner from right here in Wales. He sailed to the Caribbean as a young soldier and one of the inspirations of the Pirates of the Caribbean series.
We created a rum-filled cocktail created with Appleton Rum Estate, Smith & Cross Rum, Banana Liqueur, Port, Molasses, Lime & Chocolate Bitters. It'll get you singing 'ah-hoy matey' all night long 🏝
