Heart Ibiza Closing 2018: Luciano, Apollonia, Traumer & Salome

Last night was EPIC! Full house from beginning till the end, we are so grateful to have everyone that came celebrate the end of the season with us! This summer has been incredible for Heart Ibiza, so much talent and support from everyone on the island and beyond. All we had to do was follow our hearts and we'll keep doing so next season!
