Sponsored by the Arts Council England, Roberto Lombardi, Istituto Italiano di Cultura, Inverted Audio and produced in collaboration with 33-33, on Thursday 12th December FOLD hosts the finale of a London-based event series organised by the artist collective Tutto Questo Sentire. The collaborative opera presentation, “Exercises On Displacement 5/5”, is the fifth multimedia show to take place in the capital, and comprises of three seperate acts involving live instrumentation and video.
Founded by visual artist Rebecca Salvadori, experimental opera singer Olivia Salvadori and composer and cellist Sandro Mussida, the show will include performances from Elena Colombi, Capitol K and Mica Levi’s CURL collective, the latter of which will be debuting their acoustic and electronic hybrid piece “The Act Of Listening” as part of the three acts throughout the evening.
Alongside this, Colombi will be curating a twelve-hour live stream that will investigate the Exercises On Displacement series with a program of discussions and interviews.
