Michael Morley has conquered sight and sound with his projects The Dead C. and Gate, and Empty Bottle is proud to present his newest endeavor: The Never Quartet Project.
Surfacing at the International Museum of Surgical Science on July 16, Morley will unearth connections between space and time by way of a solo set and an immersive acoustic guitar installation dubbed “Music for The Never Quartet.”
Attendees will be asked to interact with acoustic guitars propped on items of furniture and activated with electronic bows throughout the museum. Using their cellphones, audience members will be encouraged to contribute their own feedback loops to a totally unique and singular composition.
