EGG LDN Presents: Save Nightlife is a new video podcast hosted by KISS DJ and underground music authority, Ben Malone DJ, which finds him speaking to some of the biggest DJs in the game. It has been launched with support from the Night Time Industries Association and Music Venue Trust as a way to highlight the club’s Crowdfunding campaign to save this vital clubbing institution from permanent closure as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. The series is available to watch on EGG LDN’s YouTube channel and Facebook pages, as well as an audio only podcast on Spotify, Apple, and SoundCloud.
In Episode 1, Ben speaks to Sammy Porter - a regular in Egg's DJ booths - about making and releasing music during the pandemic, the pressures that venues are facing, and what lies ahead as we move forwards into 2021.
