This week we have the west indies porter by the Guinness brewery company. Halfway between a cream stout and your average golden ale in regards to mouth feel, this porter gives vanilla, roasted coffee and hints of honey in the front, before easing to a smoky, apple tart sourness at the back. Best enjoyed at Duffy's Irish pub with @sharps.workshop and the gang masterfully playing Irish folk songs till the sun comes up (or at least until they need another Guinness from the bar).
