How can we provide hospitality with no guests?
How can a band entertain an empty room?
How are bands, artists, production crews, and bartenders going to pay rent?
We’re in a tough spot. Some of the communities being hit the hardest, artists/service/crew, are the communities that can help lift our spirits the most - by entertaining and broadcasting happiness into each other’s lives.
We want to create a modern day Wayne’s World - QuaranTV. A Public Broadcast style channel that features bands, comedians, wellness and discussion in a fun and authentic way. However, like PBS, we can’t do this without viewer support. Would you be paying $10 cover to see a band this weekend? - then pledge $10 towards our show and watch an episode. We’re avoiding a pay-per-view model and keeping our feed open to the public, so everyone can have their day brightened, regardless of their financial situation. The idea is to create paying gigs for artists and production crews, showcase their talent, and distribute it for home viewing.
QuaranTV is looking for help. We’re looking for celebrities/influencers willing to contribute content or help to spread the message. We need bands/artists with larger draws that can afford to donate their time for a performance or to help amplify what we’re doing. Then comes the audience, we need our regulars, friends, fans, and supporters to tune in and laugh/smile with us.
