2016 has been a tough year for a lot of us. It's getting hard out there. A lot of changes have come unexpectedly, as well. Some for the better, many not so much. Some people have left our circles, new one's have joined. What never really changes, though, through all of the crazy, is our ability to reach out and make someone else's life just a little bit better than it was before.
For the 8th year in a row we're having a party for Toys for Tots and gathering presents at the Dirty Dog. We'll have a show, of course. There will be drinking, obviously. And boxes that sit waiting to collect all the goodwill we can muster.
So come, bring an unwrapped toy and let the satisfying warmth that comes from doing good things wash over you. It will be something like a reunion, as well, I imagine. Familiar faces you've come to expect from us mingling with people in fancy sweaters who were looking for directions to Coyote Ugly.
