Below you will find some measures that have been implemented in line with government guidance which is for the safety of our staff and customers.
:-Before entering the venue we will need to take contact details which are stored in line with GDPR. Refusal to submit these details will unfortunately mean refusal to enter.
:-Customers are required to be seated at a table whilst in the venue, there will be no standing or service at the bar.
:-You will be Greeted at the door and shown to a table. We will not be offering a reservation service and therefor tables are on a first come basis. At times there may be a wait due reduced occupancy levels and we are unlikely to be able to offer a timescale for a table becoming free.
:-You will be requested to use hand sanitiser before entering. Sanitiser units are throughout the venue and on entering the toilets.
:-Tables are a maximum of 8 people from 2 households.
:-Tables and chairs have been placed to maximise distance and it is not permitted for these to be moved or to add seats to the tables.
:-We would prefer that ordering of food and drinks is from our app (link to be posted in due course). If not using the app then a server will take you order at your table, it is preferred that payment is by card.
:-One use menus are in place.
:-Toilets will be cubicles only. If they are full you will be asked to wait outside the toilets, floor markings will be in place.
:-Floor markings are in place to guide you through the venue to ensure Social distancing is adhered to.
:-We will be playing recorded music however this will be at a low background level. Dancing is not permitted.
:-Our smoking area is accessed through the conservatory, social distancing should be adhered to.
:-Bins will be placed throughout the venue. Please put any tissues etc in these to protect our staff from having to remove them from the tables.
:-Unfortunately due to restrictions on moving around the venue, at this time we would be unable to permit dogs in the venue.
Our staff have undergone a comprehensive training program for your protection however this is a new way of operating for us all so please work with us so we can ensure a safe visit for everyone.
These measures must be in place to allow us to operate.
