Chicken Fried Steak has been a staple at Coupland since the beginning of time. Coming out of quarantine, we had to scale back our menu. Ribeye has always been our most requested item. So that’s what we have been serving. Ribeyes are still available but the rising cost of beef is wreaking havoc on an affordable meal for our customers. Thanks to K & C Cattle Company, our local farmer, we are bringing back the much loved hand breaded Chicken Fried Steak (with bacon cream gravy, of course)
