Refreshing cocktails are about the only thing helping us through this hot summer so this week Reggie shows us how to make the invigorating Cuban classic: the Mojito.

YOU'LL NEED:
- 50ml White Rum (we used Bacardi)
- 6 Lime Wedges
- 10 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- Dash of Soda
- Ice

METHOD:
- Add the lime wedges to a highball glass
- Use a muddler to crush the lime & release the juice
- Pick 10 mint leaves off their sprigs, hold in the palm of one hand & clap to release the minty aroma. Add to the glass
- Add the sugar syrup & white rum
- Stir the mix together (cheeky wink optional!)
- Top with a dash of soda water and fill to the top with ice
- Garnish with a mint sprig & serve with a straw
- Enjoy!
