Nowadays, we spend so much time browsing our social media feeds that we're constantly comparing our lives to those we see online, which can poorly affect our mental health.
Taking regular breaks from social media can help us to refocus on what's important in life, and allows us to spend more time doing things that make us feel good!
Members of your DUSA Exec team will be taking a 24hour social media detox this Saturday to enjoy some well-deserved self-care.

- Tell people you interact with the most, this way it'll keep you accountable (and also let's people know you're okay!)
- Delete your social media apps from your phone or log out of your accounts to avoid temptation
- Plan things to do with your free time and write a list of what you'd like to achieve
- Want to keep in touch with people? Plan a phone call or go for a walk with a friend
