A few years ago, well over TWO DECADES ago 🤨💭😂 - an old Manager of mine said to me - NYE within this Industry is the ‘acid test’ of your venue!! - If it’s quiet - you’ve failed to inspire your customer base **no pressure then😩🙏🏼☺️ #AM x
It is always obscenely emotional from my perspective to see EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU walking across this #iconic road, making a beeline for this #iconic front door - (that’s Butlers by the way 😉).

EVERYTHING we do, is honestly for #YOU!! - #Gloucester THANKYOU all for validating Butlers last night, it means the world to me.. I nailed my colours to this mast 22 years ago - it is my utter honour to head up this bastion for Your City Centre Celebrations🥳🥳🥳🍾

It would be remiss for me not to THANK our INSPIRATIONAL Staff, Glass Collectors, Door, DJ Ryan Hughes who is a pain in the derrière most of the year 🥳😂🙋🏻♂️🥴, I am so lucky to be able to share not a job, but an utter passion with a very dear OLD friend who has Lady B’s back, whatever (and mine)! My Brandon Rigby who has had his first December as Butlers #2 - It’s not for the faint hearted, that’s for sure!! Brand - THANKYOU for your support - your stoicism and hard work, I appreciate it immensely.
Our Door Team have worked utter miracles in quite often an thankless auditorium - the 98% customers appreciate your work, and the 2% test every aspect known to man 🙋🏻♂️🥴😂. I am that impressed with the door team we have, we have taken them IN-HOUSE Chris KELLY - here is to our new challenge - working alongside people who share almost as much passion for butlers as me 😉 is an absolute honour! Here is to 2020 being a forward facing year...
