BRINGING THE CURTAIN DOWN ON 30 YEARS OF SUB CLUB

2017 was a period of reflection and celebration for us at the club - we reached the 30 years-of-operation milestone and with that we reiterated messages of ‘heritage’, ‘tradition’ and promoted the people who helped us get to 30. Tonight marks the end of our XXX celebrations (NYE Sub Club XXX・Harri & Domenic・50 tickets left!).

2018 is all about looking forward. Emphasising Glasgow as one of the global capitals of dance music, and restarting our commitment to Sub Club being an incubator for new talent. Lots more on that, soon.

Sub Club turns 30 years old, kickstarting XXX celebrations in the most fitting way with Harri & Domenic all night long in a club filled with faces old and new, plus lots of balloons

29 APRIL ??
Harri & Domenic hold fort at Panorama Bar, embarking on their XXX tour taking them across Europe to Exit Festival, Plano B, BADABOUM, Hidden, XOYO, Jaeger Oslo, District 8 , Dabadaba, Razzmatazz, Beaver Works.

3 JUNE ?
Sub Club and Nautilus Rising produce the first immersive AV experience in the Glasgow Science Centre Planetarium, soundtracked by Domenic Cappello.

21 JULY ?
Mixmag highlight Sub Club as ‘One of the best rave experiences on the planet’

26 & 27 AUG ?
The third edition of our annual festival - Sub Club SoundSystem

NOV 3 ???????
Harri & Domenic take to the road on a mini tour of Scotland, playing Edinburgh, Perth, Inverness, Dundee and of course Kilwinning

NOV 15 ?
Domenic Cappello’s first EP under his own name is released on Nautilus Rising. Hotly anticipated - ‘The Intruder EP’.

1 DEC ?
Larry Heard performs live as Mr Fingers in Glasgow’s historic Barrowland Ballroom. He could also later be spotted at 22 Jamaica Street.

Nordoff Robbins’ Scottish Music Awards - Denis Sulta wins the Sub Club Electronic Music Award & Slam receive the special one off Outstanding Contribution award

14 DEC ?
Sub Club wins DJ Mag's ‘Best of British’ award for best small club for the 2nd time in 3 years.
