Brewer's Notes - Perry Me

This week on "Brewer's Notes" Aaron and Lennie talk about Perry Me. It's a blend of three beers: Pub Crawl Pale Ale aged in Cognac barrels with Texas pears, Texas Honey Saison aged in Chardonnay barrels with Brettanomyces, and some Daydream. We just tapped it at the Beer Garden & Restaurant today and it was a hit at the Rare Cellar Tasting, so stop by before it's gone!
