Blackbird Bar & Restaurant video

Our Group Bar Manager Aaron was asked by Belvedere to create a cocktail for their single estate series which launches today in Sydney. And here it is!

Gaining inspiration around the Belvedere 'Smogory Forest' single estate rye, the Black Forest cocktail is enhanced with the natural flavors of the Australian forest. Using fresh lime, birch tree sap and native blackberries it is shaken with Belvedere to enhance the drink with its pepper and honey notes. It is wrapped in rainwater-soaked paperbark and torched lightly to gain the aromatics of a bush fire.
