BBC's Biggest Weekend Fringe

Krakatoa recently played host to two nights dedicated to BBC's Biggest Weekend Fringe with gigs, events and workshops taking place across the country as part of the comprehensive 10-day outreach programme taking place in the lead up to The Biggest Weekend. The Fringe includes live musical performances, industry insight, workshops and Q&A’s with BBC Radio DJ’s and influential figures, a UK wide tour with BBC Music Introducing, a new Ten Pieces initiative, Radio 1’s Academy, employability events, work experience opportunities for young people and more.

The bar hosted four acts across two evenings of music - here are photos from the second one featuring Ramona, Broadsea, Sonic Bucker and The Oxbow Lake Band.
