Anyone know who this man is

Anyone know who this delightful chap is? Vandalised Hangar 18 Music Venue Last Sunday (24th March at 4.49am).

Footage has been sent to Swansea Police. Suspect is also carrying a peice of wood (victim of another pointless act of vandalism?) so there is a chance other businesses were vandalised around the same time.
