And here’s the Veggie version of "The North Carolina"! A delicious veggie burger topped with slow cooked bbq Seitan (to replace the pulled pork we use on the meaty version), melted Red Leicester cheese, and crispy fried onions. Amazing. (We’re gonna eat this one right now, haha 😂)
