A sneak peek at Isaacs Elmer

There are just three months until Elmer's Big Parade Suffolk 2019 starts and we're excited to say our Elmer has now been designed. Thank you to our fabulous artist Julia Allum Illustration, we can't wait for you all to meet him. Sadly we do have to wait until 15th June, but for now, here is a little sneak peek.
