There will be NO scanning of Vaccine Passports at Society.
The authorities have failed to provide or even produce adequate guidance, the apps or direction in good time.
The implementation of the CPL will not be enforced for 18 days to allow businesses time to adapt.
We, along with the NTIA eagerly await the courts decision on the industries legal challenge against this discriminatory law. We still anticipate this law to be scrapped as unworkable, unlawful in its entirely and in breach of licensing objectives.
Meantime, we will proceed as usual. We will however, be spot trialling the app and checks over the coming weeks.
