ラインナップにはLITAとLIZの2MCからなるバーチャルガールズユニット・KMNZをはじめ、KMNZの楽曲『VR』をプロデュースしたDJ/トラックメーカー・Ujico*/Snail’s Houseが決定。
過去VIRTUAFREAKに出演した、エハラミオリ、バーチャルねこ、ワニとコウモリ（ワニのヤカ＆高坂はしやん）の他に、最先端VTuber&クリエイターによるオムニバスCD『VirtuaREAL』をリリースしたUSAGI Productionより、DJ/コンポーザー・Batsuも初登場する。
